18年后，當年因演唱會滋攏事件入獄的愛伍德終于出獄，但是昔日好友杰克已去逝，為了實現(xiàn)當年巡回的演唱夢想，他找到了一名十歲的孤兒巴斯特與酒保麥克，重組了藍調(diào)兄弟樂團，打算南下路易西安那州，參加一場藍調(diào)樂團的比賽。但是路途中，他們卻被警方、莫斯科黑手黨追趕，一路上驚險汽車追逐場面不斷，最后藍調(diào)兄弟合唱團是否能在這場藍調(diào)音樂競技會上一炮而紅呢？
