Gaz Coombes的首張專輯提前很早就到來。  Gaz Coombes為Supergrass忙碌10多年，在2010年Supergrass宣布解散后Gaz Coombes表示：“不想在做樂隊之類的事情，SOLO是目前最好的選擇,在我的SOLO專輯中我可以做我想做音樂,不用去開樂隊討論會，不用去說服成員,很樂于做現在正在做的事情。”所以首張SOLO專輯《Here Come The Bombs》是近年來最能夠表達Gaz Coombes內心所想，所希望做的音樂。
