Sarah closed the '80s--a decade during which she was best known for her marvelous work in CATS and PHANTOM OF THE OPERA--with this memorable solo album. "Meadowlark" is a haunting piece from Stephen Schwartz's THE BAKER'S WIFE. "Mr. Monotony" is a beautiful number that's perfectly suited for Sarah's sweet voice. The song has actually been recorded a total of three times in its history. "Dreamers" is a wonderful melody from the critically panned JEAN SEBERG. Sarah Brightman's inspiring, sparrow-like voice is perfect for resurrecting these buried treasures. The album was produced by Weber and received conducting contributions from Marvin Hamlisch. These songs are perfect listening for fans of the genre.
